At Kings Origin Apparel, each item is custom printed with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed before shipping. This processing time ensures we maintain the highest quality standards for your custom apparel.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options (delivery times are in addition to processing time):

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package's status at any time through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day
• Processing time begins once payment is confirmed

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your package is:

• Damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging
• Wrong address: Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
