Return & Exchange Policy

 Overview
At Kings Origin Apparel, we take pride in creating custom-printed apparel made specifically for each customer. As our items are individually printed to order, we have a specific return policy that differs from traditional retail stores. We stand behind the quality of our products while maintaining fair policies for custom-made items.

 Eligible Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons only:
- Printing errors or defects
- Manufacturing flaws
- Incorrect size shipped
- Wrong item shipped

 Non-Eligible Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Design appearance different from expected
- Buyer's remorse
- "Fit" preferences
- Color variations within normal printing standards

 Quality Standards
We consider the following as defects:
- Missing elements in the design
- Obvious printing errors

Normal variations that are NOT considered defects:
- Minor variations in color from screen display
- Slight variations in print placement (within 1-2 inches)
- Minor differences in fabric shade

 Exceptions
- Sale items: Final sale only
- Bulk orders: Subject to separate agreement
- Custom design requests: Non-returnable
